2000 - Puffs introduced its lovable characters, the Puffs Pals.

2006 - Improved Puffs Plus with lotion.

2007 - Launched Puffs Plus with the Scent of Vicks^®.

2013 - All Puffs products are dermatologist tested to be extra gentle.

2014 - Puffs improved the Puffs Plus Lotion tissue so that they are gentle on sensitive skin.

2016 - Puffs launched a new Pals campaign

2019 - Improved Puffs Plus Lotion to have more lotion, and Puffs Ultra Soft to have more pillowy softness
