A: We're delighted you want to learn more about Puffs! In general, our products are made of processed wood pulp  from softwood (pine and spruce) and hardwood trees (eucalyptus, oak, and maple). Keep in mind that sometimes  the specific information requested is either confidential or unavailable. Unfortunately, we don't have samples  available to send. You can learn more about the papermaking process and the history of paper by  visiting http://www.wipaper.org.Q: Why is there lint or fuzz on Puffs facial tissue?
A: Lint is directly related to the degree of paper softness. The softer the paper, the more lint produced during the  high-speed tissue-making process. We regularly shut down our manufacturing lines to clean our equipment and  remove the lint buildup. And when humidity is very high, our lines are closed and cleaned as needed to prevent  lint from dropping into our paper products.Q: I have a question about colds and allergies. May I ask you?
